The Master of Science (MS) program in Medical Science at Baylor University is a 100% online program designed to prepare graduates to pursue further academic training in medical school, dentistry school, physician assistant programs, or other professional health schools by completing a rigorous combination of multidisciplinary courses. The MS Medical Science (MSMS) program is designed to elevate students’ credentials for professional program admissions and to provide them with a medical-based education that can assist them in a variety of career fields.
This specialized master’s program (SMP) provides students a Christian community in which to grow academically and professionally while preparing for their next journey in the health profession field. With our renowned PhD, MD, DO, DDS, DMD, DPT, PharmD, and PA faculty—students will learn to apply their graduate-level medical science knowledge with an evidence-based approach to world-class healthcare. - Complete pre-requisite courses before application submission, all with grades of a C or better.

- The 2025-26 cost per credit hour for the Master of Science in Medical Science program is $1,133.00.
- Upon admission to the MSMS program, students are required to submit a seat deposit, which will be credited towards their tuition payment, prior to registration. For priority applicants, the seat deposit is reduced to half of what is required from other applicants.
- Financial Aid and Scholarship opportunities are available to those who qualify.
